For business, this has probably been your most challenging 2 years ever and you will have spent many long hours pondering how you can survive this and come out stronger on the other side.

The way you used to work in the office, workshop, warehouse, or wherever your place of work is, has now changed. All of a sudden, you have people working remotely from home and not all in one place. This means the way we think about processes has to change. One difficulty is that if you are too close to the processes you can’t always see a way to make the changes or imagine what cost it may be, especially if the budget is tight!

From the outset, we will say that change is not easy. There has to be a want and a need to change. It also has to come from the top down. If senior management do not believe or buy into the idea then our advice would be don’t bother, you will just waste money.

However, if you want to change, you have come to the right place. We have developed the Unleashing Process to help us to guide you through the process.

The Unleashing is a 6 step process.

As we have already said, there has to be a want to change. Once you have that you are off to a great start.

Our first step is to listen. We don’t know your business and the first step is for us to understand what you do and how you do it. We will ask probing difficult questions, we will take note of everything that is said and go away and evaluate everything. We, where possible will look for a quick win. This means an area that can be changed quickly but gives you major benefits.

This has two purposes:

1. You get to see that change/transformation are worthwhile and work and more importantly, can be done in your business
2. We get your trust and gain credibility. It means we can look at other areas.
